About

I’m a PM who got tired of rewriting meeting notes every Sunday night.

Not an AI expert. Not a futurist. Not the person who comments “this changes everything” under every product launch.

Just a normal PM who realized that most of the job, the status reports, the meeting recaps, the risk logs, the stakeholder updates, is repetitive writing that AI can do in a fraction of the time, if you know how to ask.

So I started building workflows. The exact prompts, the setups, the small judgment calls that turn a wall of messy notes into something your sponsor actually reads. The stuff that quietly saves an hour here and an afternoon there.

The Unbothered PM is where I share all of it. No hype, no jargon, no “10x your output” nonsense. Just specific, repeatable workflows you can use the same day, written for people who have a steering committee at 4pm and no interest in becoming an AI guru to survive it.

One belief runs through everything

Use AI for the boring 80%. Protect the 20% that’s actually you.

The danger of AI at work was never that it replaces you. It’s that it makes everyone sound the same. Hand off the busywork so you have more room for the part that actually matters.

Who this is for

Project managers, program managers, and anyone doing the work without the title. If you’re drowning in documentation and tired of staying late to write the report nobody reads, you’re in the right place.
